These general terms apply to every Bonus and to the Loyalty programme, together with our Terms & Conditions. Each offer also has its own terms, shown with the offer. If an offer’s terms differ from these, the offer’s terms apply to that offer.

1. Claiming a Bonus

1.1 Bonuses are for registered, verified players who are eligible under the offer. One Bonus per person, unless the offer says otherwise. We may also check household, IP address and device to find duplicate accounts, but a shared IP address or device on its own is not treated as abuse.

1.2 Some Bonuses need a deposit of at least the minimum shown in the offer. A welcome or reload Bonus applies to the deposit number named in the offer.

1.3 You can decline a Bonus before you claim it. After you claim it, you can cancel it only by forfeiting the Bonus and any winnings from it.

2. Wagering

2.1 The wagering requirement is the amount you must bet before Bonus funds, and winnings from them, can be withdrawn. It is calculated on the Bonus amount only, not on your deposit. It is shown as a multiple of the Bonus in the offer. Example: a Bonus of EUR 100 with a 35x requirement means that EUR 3,500 must be wagered.

2.2 Games count towards wagering at different rates, shown in the terms of each offer.

2.3 Only bets with real balance or Bonus balance, settled and above the minimum bet, count. Cancelled, void and fully hedged bets do not count.

2.4 While a Bonus is active, bets are placed with Bonus funds first, and then with your real balance. Winnings from bets placed with Bonus funds are added to your Bonus balance and can be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is complete. If you cancel an active Bonus, you lose the Bonus funds and winnings from them. Your real balance stays in your Account and you can withdraw it once your deposit has been wagered at least 1 time (see our Terms & Conditions, section 6.4).

3. Maximum bet and maximum win

3.1 The maximum bet while a Bonus is active, and any maximum win, are shown in the terms of each offer.

3.2 A bet above the limit shown in the offer may lead to the Bonus and related winnings being removed.

4. Expiry

Each Bonus expires after the period shown in its offer. When it expires, remaining Bonus funds and winnings from them are removed.

5. Eligible and excluded games

Some games, providers or features may be excluded from a Bonus. The list is shown in the offer or on the Bonus page. Bets on excluded games do not count and may lead to the Bonus being removed.

6. Bonus abuse

If we find multiple accounts, collusion, hedging, exploitation of errors, irregular betting patterns, or use of a restricted location, we may investigate and ask you for information. A member of our team reviews the case before we act. If abuse is confirmed, we may remove the Bonus, winnings from it and related Loyalty points and, depending on how serious it is, close the Account. See section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.

7. Loyalty programme

7.1 You earn points by betting real money. Points move you through the levels Start, Bronze 1–5, Silver 1–5, Gold 1–5, Platinum 1–5, Diamond 1–5 and Emerald 1–5.

7.2 The points needed for each level are shown on the Loyalty page. A one-time reward for reaching a level is paid as a Cash Bonus. A Cash Bonus is money credited to your Account that you must wager 1 time before you can withdraw it. The wagering requirement is calculated on the Cash Bonus amount only.

7.3 Points are earned at EUR 1.00 per point in the casino and EUR 3.00 per point in the sportsbook (minimum odds 1.50). Slots and Bonus Buys count 100%. Game Shows, Live Casino and Roulette count 10%. Blackjack and Baccarat count 5%. Bets below EUR 0.20 do not count, and bets above EUR 5 count as EUR 5.

7.4 Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. A level reward is not points: once it is credited as a Cash Bonus, it follows section 7.2. We may change the rates, levels and rewards with notice on the Loyalty page. A change does not affect a reward that is already credited, unless the law or a fair-play reason requires it.

8. Changes and contact
