Sportsbook Rules

Last updated: 05.11.2026

These rules apply to every bet you place in the Mr.CASH888 sportsbook. They are part of our Terms & Conditions. If a rule here conflicts with the Terms & Conditions for a sports bet, these Sportsbook Rules apply to that bet.

In short: a bet is accepted only when it shows as accepted in your bet history. Bets are settled on the official result. Obvious errors can be corrected and affected bets voided. Bets made with inside information, or to manipulate a result, are void.

1. General

1.1 You must be 18 or older, and your Account must be eligible to play (see our Terms & Conditions).

1.2 By placing a bet you accept these rules and the rules of the specific market shown on the Site. The detailed betting rules of our sportsbook provider apply to each market. If there is a conflict on how a bet is settled, the provider’s market rules prevail.

1.3 We may refuse or limit any bet, or limit a player’s stakes, at our discretion, where the law allows.

1.4 Event times are shown in the time zone set in the sportsbook. They are for information only. A wrong time or date shown on the Site is not by itself a reason to void a bet.

2. Placing a bet

2.1 A bet is accepted only when it appears in your bet history as accepted. A bet that is not shown as accepted is not valid.

2.2 Odds are shown in the format you choose. The odds that apply are the odds at the moment the bet is accepted, unless you accepted a change of odds.

2.3 The minimum stake is EUR 0.10. The maximum stake can differ by sport, market and event. The limits that apply are shown in the bet slip.

2.4 A bet cannot be cancelled or changed after it is accepted, except where cash out is available (see section 8) or where we void it under these rules.

2.5 Bets are placed in the currency of your Account. Winnings are credited in the same currency.

3. Bet types

3.1 Single: one selection. It wins if the selection wins.

3.2 Accumulator (combo): two or more selections in one bet. It wins only if all selections win. The odds are the product of the odds of all selections. If one selection is void, it is removed and the odds are recalculated from the remaining selections.

3.3 Some selections cannot be combined, for example selections that depend on each other. The bet slip does not accept them. If one is accepted by mistake, we may void the bet.

3.4 System: a set of accumulators made from a fixed group of selections. Bet Builder: a bet on several markets of the same event. It wins only if every selected market wins. Early Payout: where the market says so, a bet can be paid as a winner early when the stated conditions are met, whatever the final result. If a bet is settled by mistake, the rules on errors apply. Other bet types, where offered, are settled under the rules of the relevant market shown in the sportsbook.

4. Settlement

4.1 Bets are settled on the official result published by the competition organiser or the official governing body.

4.2 We may use one or more independent data sources to settle bets. If sources differ, we settle using the official result.

4.3 Settled markets are final 72 hours after settlement, and we do not correct a settlement after that. Within those 72 hours we correct a settlement only because of a human error, a system error or a mistake by the source of the result. After that, the settlement is final, unless there was fraud, match-fixing or a clear error. This does not limit your right to make a complaint about a settlement within 14 days under our Complaints and Dispute Procedure.

4.4 If the result is a tie, or no winner can be decided, the market rules decide the outcome. A dead heat is settled by reducing the stake and the winnings in proportion.

4.5 Unless the market says otherwise, only the result at the end of regular time counts, including injury time, and not extra time or a penalty shoot-out. The market rules of each sport show what counts.

5. Postponed, abandoned and cancelled events

5.1 If an event is officially cancelled before it starts, bets on it are void. If it is delayed and the organiser does not announce a new start time within 12 hours of the original start, the bets are void. They stay valid if the event is rescheduled within those 12 hours and starts within 48 hours of the original start. Where the rules for a sport say otherwise, those rules apply.

5.2 If an event is abandoned after it starts, bets stay valid only if the result is already decided, or if the official body confirms the result. Other bets are void. If an abandoned event is not completed within 48 hours, bets that are not yet decided are void.

5.3 If a player or team is replaced, or the venue changes, we may void the affected bets. For tennis and similar sports, special rules apply if a player retires or withdraws; they are shown in the market rules.

5.4 In an accumulator, a void selection is removed and the bet is settled on the remaining selections.

6. Live betting

6.1 Live odds change quickly. Live bets may be accepted with a delay, and we may reject a bet if the odds or the market changed in the meantime.

6.2 A market may be suspended at any time, for example after a goal, a card or another incident. Bets placed after the market should have been suspended may be voided.

6.3 Live scores and times shown on the Site are for information only and may be delayed. We are not responsible for a bet placed on an incorrect live score or time.

7. Errors

7.1 We may void or correct any bet that was accepted because of an obvious error. Obvious errors include a mistake in the odds, the handicap or line, the stake limits, the event, the time or the market. They also include odds that are clearly different from the market at that time, and bets accepted after the result was known or after the event had started, when they should not have been.

7.2 If we correct a bet, we pay it as if it had been accepted with the right odds. If we void it, your stake is returned. We show the reason in your bet history or tell you on request, and you can dispute the decision under section 11.

7.3 We will not void a bet only because the odds turned out to be better or worse than expected.

8. Cash out

8.1 Cash out lets you close a bet before the event ends, for an amount we offer at that moment. The amount can be lower or higher than your stake. It is not guaranteed and can be unavailable at any time.

8.2 After a cash out is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. A cash out is not available after an event result is known. If a cash out was accepted because of a technical error, we may correct or reverse it, and we will tell you why.

9. Fair betting and void bets

9.1 We may void bets, withhold winnings and close an Account if we find or reasonably suspect match-fixing, insider information, manipulation of a result, bets placed by or for people who take part in the event, arbitrage or hedging across accounts, use of bots, or other betting that clearly breaks these rules. We do not void a valid bet only because it won.

9.2 We may share information with the sports bodies, regulators and law enforcement, where the law allows.

9.3 Before we act on a suspicion, a member of our team reviews the case. See also our Terms & Conditions, sections 4 and 13.

10. Maximum win

10.1 The maximum win on one bet, and on all bets placed on one event, is EUR 100,000 per Account. If it is lower in a market, the market rules show it. A bet above the limit is paid only up to the limit.

10.2 Withdrawal limits, and how larger wins are paid in instalments, are described in our Crypto Payments and Withdrawal Rules.

11. Disputes

11.1 If you disagree with how a bet was settled, contact Live Support or support@mrcash888.com with the bet ID. If we cannot agree, follow our Complaints and Dispute Procedure.

11.2 Our records, and the official result of the competition, are the evidence in a dispute.

12. Changes

12.1 We may update these rules. The latest version is always on this page, with its date at the top. A change does not affect bets that are already accepted, unless the law or a fair-play reason requires it.

12.2 Questions: support@mrcash888.com.
